Mental Health Access Line (NSW): 1800 011 511. In NSW, they offer free 24/7 immediate mental health assessment and referrals to appropriate supports. They can assist you if you are in crisis or if you are needing to navigate publically funded mental health services.

Lifeline: 13 11 14 offer 24 hour counselling support to people who are in emotional distress or at risk of self harm/suicide.
​​
PANDA: 1300 726 306 provide telephone counselling to expectant parents and parents of children under the age of 12 months. They are available Monday - Saturday during business hours.

For When Helpline: 1300 24 23 22 provide assistance to parents who have children under 12 months of age. They assist in linking you in to local supports such as mental health support, playgroups, parenting groups and family support services. They can help you think about the kind of support you need most right now, and help you locate that in your area.

NSW Domestic Violence Line: 1800 65 64 63 provide counselling, practical support, and referrals for women who are concerned that they may be experiencing domestic violence. They listen, help you think about the dynamics in your relationship, and can link you in to support such as domestic violence counselling, accomodation, and legal services.
